This experiential workshop will demonstrate how mindfulness-based skills can be applied to eating disorder sufferers, both in individual and group settings.

Eve White has extensive experience of work with people with eating problems and personality issues. She is a nurse, has trained in DBT, CBT, and is a psychodrama psychotherapist.
