Welcome to the Dorset Research & Development Support Unit.  The Unit has been in operation since 1995 to advise, support and encourage people doing health related research and/or development projects in Dorset.  It is available to staff in any of the NHS Trusts in Dorset, working in primary care in Dorset and at the Institute of Health & Community Studies at Bournemouth University.  Staff can approach us as an individual or as part of a group.  The service is free of charge for NHS staff.
