Attending a Cochrane training session will provide you with:

v An understanding of how the Cochrane databases developed

v The importance of asking the right question, identifying the key concepts and scope of your topic to make your search more effective

v Awareness of the significance and content of the Cochrane databases and how to search them.

**Requirements: Previous experience of using other databases

eg Medline/BNI/Cinahl/Pubmed
